# Price Alerts

Custom price alerts with instant Telegram notifications.

NadoBro can ping you in Telegram when a price crosses a threshold, when funding flips sign, or when a position approaches liquidation. Alerts run on a **dedicated alert worker pool** so they never compete with order execution for compute.

#### Alert types

| Type                      | Trigger                                                        |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Price above / below**   | Mid price crosses a level you set                              |
| **% move**                | Asset moves by X% over a window (1h, 4h, 24h)                  |
| **Funding sign flip**     | Funding rate changes from positive to negative or vice versa   |
| **Funding threshold**     | Absolute funding rate exceeds X bp                             |
| **Liquidation proximity** | A live position approaches its liquidation price within Y%     |
| **Session SL warning**    | A strategy session's realized PnL approaches its configured SL |

#### Setting an alert

Two ways:

* **Conversational:** *"alert me when BTC drops below 60k"*, *"ping me if SOL funding flips positive"*.
* **Strategy card:** Liquidation-proximity and SL warnings are configured per strategy session and toggled with a single switch.

The confirmation card shows the live value, the threshold, and the side (above/below) before the alert is armed.

#### Delivery

Alerts arrive as Telegram messages from the bot, with:

* The triggering value vs. the threshold.
* A timestamp.
* Quick-action buttons (e.g., *Close position*, *Refresh status*, *Snooze 1h*).

Snoozed alerts re-arm automatically after the snooze window.

#### Managing Alerts

* **List** — type *"my alerts"* or use the alerts view from the Home card.
* **Cancel** — tap the alert in the list, then **Cancel**.
* **Cancel all** — included in `/stop_all`'s cleanup.
